Hello, Thank you for being here.
I am very proud, and grateful for my journey, my ancestors, and my hardworking and charismatic family. Every achievement, no matter how big or small, that I have achieved and made possible in the past 29 years of life has been due to my 100 percent self-discipline, character, determination, and of course the support of my family.
I am a Colombian woman who’s passionate, extroverted, curious, and creative. I believe the ability to triumph begins with you. Always. I write because I love it, but it keeps my creativity, imagination, and reality alive. Curiosity and charisma have brought me far, far away.
If I have to describe myself in a single word, I would say: Charismatic; if there is something I would like you to know about me is that I do not give up easily. For me, life is in constant motion and brings us millions of opportunities, but it is up to us to see them and work hard to earn them. The world, to me, does not build our character or persona. I firmly believe you create the world you want with the persona you want to become. I dream, dream, dream, dream a lot, then I make a plan and follow that plan until my dreams come true. I know you don't always get what you want, but you will realize that when you start with an intention, even if the plan leads you to a different path, you will get something that is meant for you. I firmly believe we rise by lifting others.
I was born in Cali, Colombia. My zodiac is Capricorn. I grew up in a little town in Colombia, but my mind was always a huge world of dreams. I moved to the capital of Colombia when I was 17 years old to pursue my Bachelor's Degree. I graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Communication. After I graduated, I started studying English as my second language for the first time. It took me very little to realize that my communication skills would help me learn the language quickly. The process was so much fun, I did learn a lot. That is why, after a year and a half, I came to the USA to pursue another one of my biggest dreams: to study for a Masters's degree and live outside of my country, to have the chance to put into practice my independence, responsibility, and commitment in a completely different country. My family and I worked hard to make my dream possible. Finally, I came to the USA. We did it! I studied hard and graduated from Clark University in May 2020 with a Master of Science in Professional Communication. I still can't believe that I did graduate with a Masters's degree in this beautiful country | AMERICA.
Since I have memories, I have always written about different topics, situations, emotions, and things. It is like a water fountain full of information wanting to get out of my mind. You could go through my library and find many notebooks full of writings. For me, a writer is millions of fragments of light and darkness that are transformed, who seek in the form of letters, to pour out onto the paper what they feel, observe, and experience. They want to share with others; they want to feel connected with others. They are forms that change, that mold like clay. It is a cluster of unique experiences that lived from a unique and different perspective. A writer is a different character; we could go from a sensitive and cheerful - to a tormented or complicated persona. It is incredible how your imagination can transform and create all of these emotions. We will always have to write because on the river of time in which we all travel, there are millions of feelings, opinions, movements, and experiences that we must express on paper, websites, and blogs so we are all informed, and connected.
As human beings, we are water that runs restlessly, that forms waves and currents, that exists for a moment and then changes. Change must happen. We must change; the world will always change. That is why we write because we don't want to lose sight of everything that is new today but tomorrow becomes old-fashioned. Nothing in this universe is not in motion even though we forget because we perceive ourselves as immobile. Writing is capturing our essence in those different times. The divine inspiration that visits and kisses us and then leaves us alone to kiss each other again in thousands of different ways, even if time has passed by. Time urges us; the page calls us and tells us, it claims, "fill me with you, who you are in the now and what you feel." That is why everything we write today or someday will make you feel identified, and alive.
The light of creation consumes us, and beats inside us, we are a task never completed, but if we can write, we will be forever remembered. Writing drives us sometimes with the almost insane impetus to make ourselves ink and make eternal ephemerality our existence.
